Sequence supplies research compounds. Ordering from this site means accepting these terms.

Intended use

All products are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not authorised medicines, are not sold for human or veterinary consumption, and must not be administered to people or animals. By ordering, you confirm you are acquiring them for lawful research purposes.

Eligibility

Orders may only be placed by people aged 18 or over.

Your responsibility for import

You are responsible for confirming that the compounds you order may lawfully be imported and held where you are. Rules differ substantially between jurisdictions.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in the store currency and may change. Where an item is unavailable after an order is placed, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, and the courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction.
