Returns

Unopened vials

Unopened vials in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Contact us with your order number first – returns sent without notice cannot be matched to an order.

Opened vials

Once a vial has been opened or reconstituted it cannot be returned. There is no way to verify how a compound has been stored or handled after it leaves our control, and re-supplying it to anyone else would be indefensible. This applies regardless of how much of the vial remains.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a vial arrives broken, or the order does not match what was placed, photograph it before handling and contact us within 48 hours. Replacements are sent at our cost and there is nothing to return.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the return arriving.
