Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, leave on the next working day.
Packaging
Lyophilised vials are stable at ambient temperature for the transit window and ship in a rigid outer with a moulded insert. Every parcel is opaque and carries no product branding on the outside.
Destinations and transit
- Netherlands – next working day, tracked.
- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg – 1–2 working days, tracked.
- Rest of EU – 2–4 working days, tracked.
- Outside the EU – quoted at checkout where the destination is served.
Customs and import
Research compounds are treated very differently from one jurisdiction to the next, and some destinations do not permit their import at all. Confirm what may lawfully enter your own country before ordering. Parcels refused or seized at the border are not refunded, and we cannot advise on the rules in your jurisdiction.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed at dispatch. If it has not moved within two working days, contact us and we will open a trace.
