BAC Water 3 mL
Sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol — the standard diluent for reconstituting most lyophilised peptides.
About
Bacteriostatic water — sterile water preserved with 0.9% benzyl alcohol to inhibit bacterial growth after the vial is opened.
Used to reconstitute lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides before injection. The preservative prevents microbial contamination over the typical 6–8 week use window of a reconstituted peptide.
Sequence lists BAC water under Utilities - not a research peptide itself, but a reference tool for handling them.
Vial content
The default diluent for most Sequence compounds.
Use BAC water with: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, Glutathione, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295 (both forms), Semax, PT-141, Melanotan II, NAD+, MOTS-C, Epitalon, Retatrutide, Tirzepatide.
Mix BAC water with AA water with compounds that require acidic reconstitution — Tesamorelin, Epitalon and Kisspeptin

Standard 3 mL volume
What the literature
reports, by phase.
01 — Swab both vial tops — BAC water and lyophilised peptide — with alcohol.
02 — Draw the specified volume of BAC water with a syringe. Insert slowly into the peptide vial at an angle.
03 — Let the water run down the vial wall — do not spray directly onto the powder.
04 — Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake. Refrigerate. Label with reconstitution date.
Recommended cycle
6 weeks opened. 2 years sealed.
Once opened, BAC water remains stable and bacteriostatic for approximately 6 weeks. Discard thereafter — the preservative degrades.
